With us, you’ll have the rare opportunity to purchase smoked fish from a traditional smokehouse, opposed to a supermarket, where fish is often stored frozen. We combine the smoking methods our building was made for, with the very latest technology to achieve the very best result possible.
We’re proud to stock both customers on our doorstep, in addition to our ever growing international customer base too.
The fillets are smoked overnight in these chimneys which have a special opening to allow air to mingle with the smoke ensuring that the fish is cold rather than hot smoked. This prevents the fish from flaking during the smoking process. The inside of each chimney is coated with tar that has built up, providing a further depth of flavour to the smoked fish.
