Cook & Lucas Smoke House join the Grimsby Traditional Fish Smokers Group


The Grimsby Traditional Fish Smokers Group is pleased to welcome Cook & Lucas Smoke House as a new member. With a smoke house containing chimneys over one hundred years old and staff members with over fifty years experience Cook & Lucas are continuing Grimsby’s special tradition of fish smoking.

The natural slow smoking method that has been honed and refined in Grimsby is recognised internationally. Grimsby’s traditional fish smokers use sustainably caught haddock from the North Atlantic. The slow smoking process, overseen by highly experienced artisans, imparts a fuller flavour that simply can’t be replicated by mass produced alternatives.
